D4CR PRESENTS

Porto Chapter

In an increasingly fast-paced, interconnected and at the same time less sustainable world, we urgently need to take collective responsibility to design new systems, interfaces, services, spaces and products for and with children. We believe that together we can design a more sustainable, equitable and inclusive future.

About us

Designing for Children's Rights is an international non-profit association committed to integrating children's rights into the design of products, interfaces, spaces, services, and business development processes.

Who are we?

We are a global community of innovators, designers, architects, engineers, artists, neuroscientists, psychologists, educators, and other professionals specializing in children's rights. We share a passion for creating and establishing new standards and a new awareness and vision of design when designing for children and young people.

What do we do?

We support children's inclusion and participation projects, we are active in creating a positive impact on the lives of children and young people through Design, Creativity and Human Rights.

In collaboration with the global association Designing for Children's Rights, we organize events, meetups, initiatives, and workshops, and created the D4CR guide. We act at the local level, through communities.
